SDK X Unity 10.5.0 is now live and serves as the foundation for our most innovative features launching in 2026. It prepares your app to deliver powerful, proactive customer experiences while maintaining peak performance and long-term compatibility.

Most importantly, SDK X Unity 10.5.0 is required to participate in the Proactive Engagement Beta launching in April. Without this upgrade, your app will not be compatible with this feature.

Why you should prioritize this update now

  1. Launch Real-Time Proactive Engagement: CX teams can send targeted in-app or push notifications to re-engage players, drive monetization, support VIP journeys, or guide users to chat, self-service, or any in-app screen at the exact moment it matters.
  2. Maximize User Reach with User Hub: Upgrading enables you to engage all users, including those who have never submitted a support issue. This helps convert passive users into active engagers. 
  3. Future-Proof Your App: Enhanced OS support ensures stability and compatibility across Android 8–16 and iOS 15–26, keeping your app running smoothly on the latest devices, including Android 16 and iOS 26. Please refer to the OS Technical Support Policy.
  4. Optimized Performance and Reliability: Benefit from bug fixes and mandatory API updates that improve overall stability.

Notes:

  • SDK 10.3 and earlier versions are not supported on Android 16. To maintain support, your app must be on SDK 10.4 or higher, with 10.5.0 as the recommended upgrade path.
  • Additional SDK X v10.5.0 plugins will be released in phases.
